QWORKS is a FREE 20-week Skills Training for Employment Program, assisting members of British Columbiaβs* 2SLGBTQIA+ community facing multiple barriers to find sustainable employment.
The program offers a hybrid model of live online classes and self-paced learning, creating a safe and inclusive space tailored specifically to the unique experiences and needs of 2SLGBTQ+ individuals. Alongside group sessions, participants receive one-on-one coaching, referrals to personal supports, job placements, and on-the-job training opportunities.

QWORKS funding provided through the Government of Canada through the Canada-British Columbia Workforce Development Agreement. Program delivery is by ETHOS Career Management Group Ltd.
