Cuddle Party Workshop

Cuddle Party is a fun, playful 3 hour workshop for adults(18+) where participants explore touch in a non-sexual space, and create strong boundary appropriate touch for themselves without shutting people down.

In the first hour we will go over the Cuddle Party Rules where you learn it is okay to say Yes or No and even change your mind in a graceful way. We develop a new way to look at rejection, to find our voice and to play with touch.

This is followed by 2 hours of freestyle cuddling.
