The Victoria Pride Society is a volunteer based non-profit organization that relies on the generous support and collaboration of businesses and organizations that share our values & our vision for an inclusive society through financial support, services, donations and advertising. Thanks to our partners, we have undertaken initiatives to fulfill our mission of creating opportunities for visibility, collaboration, ongoing conversations and celebration as we work towards equity for all people of diverse gender and sexual identities.

Victoria Pride is entering 2022 with renewed momentum, and for the first time is introducing a brand-new partnership program which considers an organisation’s social impact in addition to their contribution/donation.

Pride Week Volunteer

Each year, hundreds of Pride Week volunteers contribute thousands of hours to our community. From Parade Coordinators to Beer Garden bartenders, volunteers are key to any Pride event.  Apply to be a part of Victoria’s most colourful yearly festival.

Year-Round Volunteer

Pride happens year-round and VPS has many ongoing volunteer opportunities beyond Pride Week. These positions include our Board of Directors, Communications Committee, VPS Newsletter Committee, Community Engagement Committee, and more!

To best represent the diversity in Victoria’s Queer Communities we rely on our Members for guidance, feedback, and opinions. Members are invited to our annual AGM where we discuss the direction of our evolution and elect our Board members.
