Welcome and thank you for being a part of our Pride Festival as a vendor! Your participation is vital in creating an inclusive and vibrant experience for all attendees. To ensure a positive and respectful environment, we ask that you adhere to the following Code of Conduct:

Respect and Inclusivity:

Respect and celebrate the diversity of our attendees, regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, race, ethnicity, religion, age, ability, or background.

Treat all festival participants, including staff, volunteers, and attendees, with courtesy, kindness, and respect. Discrimination, harassment, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.

Promotion of Positive Messages:

Promote messages and merchandise that align with the spirit of Pride, celebrating love, equality, and inclusivity. Hate speech will not be tolerated. 

Consent and Boundaries:

Obtain explicit consent before engaging in physical contact, or photographing festival attendees.

Respect personal boundaries and avoid any behavior that could make attendees feel uncomfortable.

Compliance with Regulations:

Abide by all local laws, event regulations, and guidelines set forth by the festival organizers.

Environmental Responsibility:

Maintain a clean and organized vending space. Dispose of waste responsibly and use environmentally friendly materials whenever possible.

Minimize environmental impact by reducing single plastic use and promoting recycling or reusable products.

Alcohol and Substance Use:

Do not sell alcohol or any illegal substances as part of your merchandise.

Professional Conduct:

Conduct business in a professional manner, respecting other vendors’ spaces and festival infrastructure.

Address any customer concerns or disputes courteously and efficiently.

Cooperation with Event Staff:

Collaborate with festival organizers, security personnel, and event staff when needed. Follow their instructions for a smooth and successful event.

Promotion of Human Rights:

Support and respect the community and the values of equality and human rights for all. Embrace the festival’s mission of fostering an inclusive environment.

Accountability and Compliance:

Acknowledge that failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in the removal of your vending privileges at the festival without reimbursement.
